Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellation:

  • Book online appointment thrugh https://gabatelepsychiatry.com/
  • Reschedule 24 hrs. before the appointment and reschedule different time at same-day is free of charge
  • If you need an urgent appointment:
    Schedule a same-day appointment online , or
    Call +1 (833) 312-4222 to request a same-day appointment.

Prescriptions Instructions:

  • Please be reminded that prescriptions are sent remotely. Call the pharmacy and check
  • Inform us if any issues by texting us at +1 (646) 980-3962 or calling the office hotline +1 (833) 312-4222
  • If your insurance doesn’t cover your medications, let us know so we can request Prior Authorization or help you find coupons and generic alternatives.
  • Ask for refill at least 72 hours before your scripts run out
  • The pharmacy can provide an emergency 3-day supply (except controlled substances).
  • Patients on controlled substances should schedule an appointment and allow at least 72 hours for emergencies and pharmacy delays (e.g., stock shortages). This ensures you won’t run out or experience withdrawal symptoms.

Blood Work Instructions:

  • Call Quest Diagnostic
  • Check if they have your order before going to the lab
  • Check if Quest Diagnostics accepts your insurance (if unsure). If they are not accepting your insurance, inform us so we can send the order to Labcorp. Do not pay for the tests out of pocket
  • If you do not have insurance, inform us so we can determine which tests are essential to reduce costs.
  • Should there be any issues/difficulties once at the lab, call us at +1 (833) 312-4222 or ask the staff from the lab to call us
