Dr. Tony Issac MD is a Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist and General Adult Psychiatrist. Dr Issac studied at Binghamton University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychopathology. He Graduated Medical School at St George’s University and completed his Psychiatry residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine: Richmond University Medical center. He Is double Board certified, with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology – Psychiatry Board Certification, and the American Board of Preventative Medicine, Addiction Medicine Board Certification.
Dr. Issac has served as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center and as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at St George’s University. He currently serves as faculty mentor to resident physicians at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Dr. Issac demonstrates an ongoing commitment to continuing medical education and improving the quality of patient care. He is a member of the Patient Safety Council for Quality Improvement at Richmond University. He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Society of Addiction Medicine, and Academy of Consultation liaison Psychiatry.
